Terms of Service

By accessing and using Yalla Raise, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, fundraising organizers, and donors.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. When you register, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Yalla Raise offers two account types: Individual and Organization. All accounts are subject to email verification before access is granted. Providing false information during registration may result in immediate account suspension.

Before creating a fundraising pot or making a donation, all users must complete an identity verification process. Individual users must submit government-issued identification (ID front and back, passport, or selfie). Organizations must submit registration documents and an authorization proof. Verification is reviewed by our admin team and may be approved or rejected. Yalla Raise reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.

Verified users may create fundraising campaigns ("pots"). Some pots are subject to admin review before they become publicly active. Organizers must provide accurate, truthful information including a clear description, a realistic funding goal, the currency (USD or LBP), and the relationship to the beneficiary. Funds raised must be used solely for the stated purpose. Yalla Raise reserves the right to reject, suspend, or close any pot that violates these terms or is suspected of fraud.

Only verified users may make donations. Donations require a valid payment method on file. Minimum donation amounts apply: USD 0.50 or LBP 50,000. Donations are processed in the same currency as the pot. Once a donation is successfully processed it is considered final. Pots automatically close when their fundraising goal is reached.

Yalla Raise charges a platform fee on funds successfully raised through a pot. The applicable commission rate depends on your verified account type and the total amount raised, as detailed on our Pricing page. All fees are deducted automatically at the time of payout. Yalla Raise reserves the right to update its fee structure with reasonable prior notice.

Users must not: submit false or misleading information; use the platform for illegal purposes; attempt to bypass identity verification; impersonate another person or organization; use automated tools to scrape or abuse the platform; or post harmful, offensive, or fraudulent content. Violations may result in immediate account termination and referral to relevant authorities.

Yalla Raise acts as an intermediary platform and does not guarantee the outcome of any fundraising campaign. In no event shall Yalla Raise or its team be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform, including loss of funds due to fraudulent campaigns. Users donate at their own discretion.

Yalla Raise reserves the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Beirut, Lebanon.
